i'm seriously aching all over today! went for yoga and i used all the muscles that i never knew existed!!! my god... i currently feel like an old woman... once again... not only that the teacher is pretty strict so yeah hence not wanted to get scolding... i put in as much effort as i could! during the class i was sweating like a mad pig... literally dipping with sweat! whoever said that yoga is a piece of cake i'll kick you! after the lesson i was so tired that i just wanna lie in bed.. even lying in bed was painful! sheesh! how to survive tomorrow!!! die die die!

tomorrow i foresee a busy busy busy day... yoga class at pure yoga and then at night it's the MOS event. :P party party party till your ass falls off!!!
