It's time to make new goals... not that i don't have some now... as i said... i do... my biggest goal for this year... if all goes well... i might take up a big position in my final semester... but for the 1st sememster... i'll run for something smaller ... gain some experience first.

My new notice board... didn't really wanna decorate it at first but just staring at the sad thing.... makes me wanna do something about it so here it is... well you can say the right side of the board is dedicated the salsa peeps back home :) i miss you guys so much... i look at it everyday... well not just glance but rather just kind of stare... lol... more pics of my new room will come once i clean up and make it neat lol... it's supoer messy...

eat, sleep and dream marketing research

I have a good feeling that after i'm done with this marketing research project.. i'm going to hate all bottled water for life... well the lecturer was right... that's what we really do all week.. eat, sleep and dream marketing research! i dont' even have time to do much well much meaning go out... How do you do a full sem work in like a few weeks? argh! just my luck to get such a lecturer...

Anyway... i've been brought into the world of X-box... lol adam n ming are like fanatics... and the bunch of us play it once every few days here... i still don't really know the controls well.. so i'll just be pressing the buttons like mad... and and occasionally i'll get some cool moves out of it ehehehe.. Well it's kinda during my study break time.. for me and sara... adam's helping us juggle with stress so that's quite cool.. calen joined us this time round.. and boy you should see the way he plays.. power! lol ok enough of X-box... time to continue my reading.. got tons to do... *sigh...

i'm turning 23 this year... someone just reminded me that... and for a split second during that conversation... i thought i was turning 22... the aging process is showing ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh the horror!!! oh the wrinkles!!!!! oh the hair loss!!! oh the white hair!!!! ok i'm just craping... come on man it's like 2am... i'm suppose to be typing stuff out... well i'm actually halfway through it... doubt i can sleep tonight though... i've got too much to do... and i've gotta go to the city in the morning before my lessons in the afternoon... cause why? of a new law that says... it's against the law to sell liquor on sundays so today's trips was kinda wasted... i was abit annoyed... considering i walked over an hour round the city to try my luck here and there... nevermind! ok back to work...

i miss alot of ppl back home...

anyway bottom line i'm missing home... again... what's new...

1st week

It's been a week... i feel like i've been attending uni for like a month... the amount of work just keeps coming... anyway the kitchen is closed for a week... well it opens next monday.. so thank god for that! there isn't a need to go out to look for food.. i'm so sick of it and it's such a waste of money.. anyway we went to this indian restaurant yesterday... not too bad my 1st time. It's some charity thing.. where you eat as much as you want and pay it in any amount... it was pretty full at about 7 something... luckily we came early... me, sara, miko and miko's friend i forgot her name... oops... we went to have dinner... it was nice... then we drove round north bridge.. just to have a look, and then we rented some movies..

Went to do some research yesterday afternoon and this morning... you know the feeling of " i HATE to open my mouth to ask?" well i'm quite an expert at that! sara accompanied me yesterday to clamont. to get some information. well i had to ask the shop managers and stuff about consumer behaviour and buying patterns and shop display positions... this morning i went alone to subi... borrow sara's car... it's nice to drive here once in a while... anyway... it's freaking hot... and i lost my way here and there... reason being i don't explore much... so i had to walk up and down to look for the shops that i wanna find out the information from. tomorrow it's the city.... i'm so sick of goign out... argh... but oh well... what to do..... the 1st assignment is like due next friday..... tonight... it's reading night... since getting the key to the scr... i've been going there with sara everyday lol... it's air conditioned anyway... so tonight it's study night. hope everyone's doing fine...
